John Adams is an adventure photographer, educator, and founder of Adventure Art Photography. He’s known for his down-to-earth teaching style and passion for helping photographers reconnect with what lights them up through creativity, clarity, and a sense of wild freedom. Whether guiding small-group workshops or speaking to large audiences, John empowers others to find their style, shoot with purpose, and see the world differently.

Specialising in seascapes, Dean Cooper has been a professional photographer for over 25 years. He has conducted workshops both in Australia and internationally. Another passion of his is printing, with experience ranging from offset printing to advanced inkjet printers, he possesses a wealth of knowledge. Dean is renowned for his ability to translate this expertise into easy-to-understand and follow teaching techniques.

Alfonso, a multi-award-winning travel photographer based in Sydney, was born in the Philippines of Spanish descent and moved to Australia at 15. Fluent in Japanese, Tagalog, and Spanish, he has been a professional photographer for 25 years. He graduated from the Sydney Institute of Technology in 2000 and specializes in People and Places. His experience spans various genres, including Landscape, Astrophotography, and Wildlife. Alfonso runs a global photo tour and workshop company, focusing on destinations like Tasmania, Uluru, Japan, the Philippines, Spain, and the Faroe Islands.

Jem is a professional photographer and filmmaker specialising in capturing dramatic, dark and moody food and cocktail photography. As well as specialising in short-term rental, Airbnb photography. Jem has always had a keen eye in photography and filmmaking ever since getting his first camera at the age of 8, but it all changed for him when he decided to leave his radio career to go all-in on capturing and shaping imagery in 2017. In that time Jem Lang’s work has been published in both books and magazines, featured in various websites and social media accounts and he has worked with some of the biggest international brands and clients in the world. Jem has a way of shaping light in a way that creates a story in a dramatic visual mystery that makes his work stand out.

Adam’s connection to the Australian outback runs deep, and his experiences growing up in this unique environment have greatly impacted his perspective on photography. The harsh and unforgiving landscape of the outback has taught Adam to be resourceful and adaptable in his approach to photography. He has learned to make the most of whatever conditions he faces, often finding creative ways to work with challenging lighting or weather conditions.

The landscape’s vast and often unpredictable nature means that sometimes, the perfect shot requires waiting for hours or even days.
