Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the agreement between PhotoCo Camera House (the Organiser) and the stallholder ("You") for the Adelaide Camera Expo (ACE) 2025. By booking a stall, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Event Details
- Date: Sunday, September 21, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Location: Adelaide Central Market, 44 – 60 Gouger Street, Adelaide, SA 5000
- Stall Fees and Payment
- Initial Fee: $30 per table
- Additional Tables: $20 each
- Setup and Use of Space
- Access Time: Stallholders may access the venue from 8:00 AM for setup.
- Stall Size: Each stall is 1.8M x 2M.
- Furniture Provided: One trestle table (1.8M x 0.75M) per stall. Additional requirements must be requested from the event organisers.
- Cancellation Policy
- Stallholders must notify the event manager at least 8 weeks prior to the event for a full refund. Notifications must be made by contacting Paul Bulley on (08) 8231 5632.
- Cancellations received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Stallholders are required to actively market their participation in the expo via their own social media platforms and other marketing channels to enhance visitor turnout.
- Parking and Loading
- Parking Availability: Ample parking is provided at the Central Market U Park. Access to the parking area is facilitated by a lift located in the South West corner of the market, which provides easy access to Level 1 and Level 2 of the carpark. A flat fee of $8 applies for all-day parking on Sunday, with the requirement to exit before 6pm.
- Loading Zones: For ease of loading and unloading, designated loading zones are available on Gouger Street between the North and South Entrances. These zones are intended for quick drop-offs and pickups to streamline your setup and breakdown process.
- Security and Liability
- Security is provided by PhotoCo Camera House, but stallholders are responsible for the security of their own products and belongings.
- PhotoCo Camera House will not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury unless caused by their direct negligence.
- Conduct and Compliance
- Stallholders must conduct themselves in a professional manner, ensuring that their activities do not disrupt the event or other participants.
- Stallholders must not pack down or leave before the event closure at 4:00 PM unless instructed by the event manager.
- Event Alterations or Cancellations
- The organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, stallholders will be notified as soon as possible.
